Got a shock bfp yesterday, still sinking in!!!! Ahhhh!!! Due 2nd October!!!

My Ds was born 31st Oct just gone, so he is nearly 3 months. I cant believe there is Oct 2012 already. Best of luck to you, enjoy your pregnancy the time just fly's :wv

Congratulations NannyPlum!

We got our BFP on Saturday and we're delighted!
My cycles have been fairly irregular so I think I will be due (all being well) somewhere between 30th September and 3rd October.

NannyPlum we've being trying for about 6 months. I almost can't believe it's real yet and I'm nervous that it won't work out. I felt a bit nauseous last week but I know that I shouldn't have had any symptoms so early so maybe it was just wishful thinking. A bit tired this week but that's all. Oh and on a total high :-8

I'm so happy (if a bit nervous) and I feel so loved up and close to DH :lvs

How about you? Has it sunk in yet?

I think I've already been caught out!
I was having dinner with a friend in her home and she asked if I wanted goats or blue cheese in the salad. I hesitated and then she quickly offered feta..... she just had a baby herself and knows we were thinking of ttc so I'd say that she is suspicious :eek

Ah no, Wolly Jumper!! But you know what, at least your friend didn't just blurt out and ask you, so sounds like she is quite sensitive to you! How are you feeling? Have you made a docs appt yet?

I think I'm still in a state of disbelief, it's not our first baby, and we really thought we had completed our family last year!! Obviously, Mother Nature had other ideas!!!

Enjoy this time, it's so special when only yourself and your dh have this precious little secret!!!

Thanks Nanny Plum, she's a very thoughtful sort so I know she wouldn't say anything, her husband is a friend of DH's and a bit of a blabber mouth so if she has a suspicion we'll know soon enough :o0

I feel completely fine but it's early days yet I suppose. In a way I'd almost like some symptoms so that it feels real. I'm going to the doctor next week.

It will take a while to sink in. I'm sure the others will be delighted with a new addition.

Just wanted to wish you ladies a big congrats on your BFPs. DS was born 21st October 2011, can't believe the 2012 oct babies thread is up already even though ive been keepingan eye out for it :o0

i did say the other day that the weekend of 6th feb we were waiting to test, time has just flown in. Enjoy every min of your pregnancy girls...its just fantastic...all the best :o)ll

Hey NannyPlum and WoollyJumper, I'm here to join ye! Got my BFP yesterday, did the test a few days early :-8

Due on October 8th I think. Very exciting! This is my second pregnancy, have a 15 month old DD as well. Will be seeing ye around for lots of chats over the coming 9 months!!!

Hi ladies - here to join you too. Got my BFP on friday but not had a chance to sit at computer since! So excited but also a bit in shock as it was our first month TTC!
Think I'm due about 5th October. And amazed at how something so small is already affecting me - mad cramps and gurglings the last 5-6 days, boobs massive, acidy mouth and some foods just not appealing to me right now.
Can't wait to share all our stories and questions over the next few months.
I'm off to Amazon to stock up on books!

hi ladies - im joining too - got my BFP yesterday.We were only waiting 3 yrs lol :o)ll

So i think our due date is Oct 5th

Just like OP incredible how you feel so soon!!! I have mild cramps. I get hungry very quickly but once i eat i have to lie down as i get very tired and a little nauseous :-(

Anyway delighted to be here and looking forward to supporting eachother over the next few months x
