I have PCOS and have been taking clomid since October, but with no success. I made a few lifestyle changes about 6 weeks ago, i used to be a veggie and always had low iron/b12/etc. i started to introduce meat into my diet again, began eating a bit healthier by cutting down on alcohol completely and eating more veg/yoghurts/etc. and went for my first acupuncture session. i got pregnant that first cycle!! i'm now almost 8 weeks, it's early days still but i definitely believe that making those changes helped. i'm still going to acupuncture every week, my therapist changed the pressure points from fertility ones to 'staying' ones where she focuses on keeping the baby in place.

Thanks ladies great to hear such positive stories :o)ll best wishes to all of you still waiting for your baby to arrive, and congrats to all the mammies.

Love the site, my acu sees me around day 3 , then around day 12, 13 or 14 ....ie before ovulation . He tells me tjhis is enough to stimulate growth of follicle, and then help help trigger ovulation, :babydust: He reckonsweekly is too much.....
2012 is going to be the year for our baby bump, please God xx
