How many feeds does your 3 month old take?

Hi there

My ds has recently dropped a feed as he now sleeps thru from 10pm- 7am. He has not upped his bottles during the day though and takes 4/5 oz a feed, 6 times. Does this sound too little to you?

Hi, it recommends on the aptimel box that they have 30oz a day. I know I was making up 5 7oz bottles, now he wouldn't drink them all but I was told make an oz more than you think they'll drink so basically they can decide when they are finished. He's 5 1/2 months now and has 4 8oz bottles because he's down for the night from 8-7. Try not to worry too much he's great sleeping for you so well maybe just try to make bigger feeds for him durin the day : )

My LO is 3 1/2 months and only takes only 4 bottles a day, she is taking between 5 and 6 oz per bottle but usually takes a 6-7oz bottle first thing in the morning. She sleeps 11-12 hours a night. I know accoding to the fomula boxes she should be on more but as it says on the box its only a guide. If you baby is content and is gaining weight i wouldn't worry 2 much. I'm taking the approach that she will let me know if she wants more. I tried to space the gaps between bottles closer so i could get another bottle into her but she was havin none of it, plus she doesn't do dream feeds once she is asleep she's asleep, I could only get an oz r 2 at most into her and she got v upset so I decided to leave her alone and she just slept straight thru.
