water cut off!!!

Hi,

Just wondering if there are any brides out there in Fingal region affected by the water being cut off yesterday??

Ours seems to be back today but we have an airlock so the cold water taps aren't working in upstairs bathrooms!!! :evil:

Checked out the Final website and their solution, use a piece of hosepipe to force air back into water tank!! That's all well and good but where are you supposed to get a piece of hose on a Sunday!!!! :twisted: :twisted:

Could do that but I live in balbriggan and h2b is gone off to football training with car!! :x

Just rang my dad though and he's sending my mam over with hosepipe to fix so hopefully all will be ok! :?

we got caught. Both sets of parents figured we'd know so didn't call us but neither of us heard any kind of public announcement until we heard it on the radio at noon - by which point, I'd already got a wash hanging out on the line and had been innocently running taps and flushing loos all morning. We ended up going to the gym that evening to have showers! Fortunately we didn't empty the heating tank or anything.
