can you create a itune account with 3v card??

Got a new iphone and finding it very difficult to use, i seem to need a credit card to set up a account with itunes, does anyone know if i can set up account with 3v card??

I don't see why not, as the 3V card gives you a Visa Card number..

I don't know. I just buy an itunes vouchers.
I prefer to use them than my credit card.
