Anyone ever stay in Dromquinna, Kenmare??

Hi

We have been invited to a friends wedding there but have never even heard of it. She said to stay in Kenmare and listed hotels but dont know is that a bit expensive. Also this place looks like a bit of a posh spot... Should we dress formally given its supposed to be a little on the posher side??? It doesnt say in the invite but that was pretty formal?

Sorry but know nothing about the place!

I am getting married in Dromquinna Manor next year-the reason your friend gave you a list of hotels in the area is because there is no accomodation on site at Dromquinna apart from the glamping..(if you can brave the unpredictable Irish weather!) It's a gorgeous spot...would love to know about your experiences when it's over! :o)ll
and sometimes you close your eyes and see the place where you used to live when you were young..
