Hi,
Faith Amond outside Carlow does them, you go to her with the outfit you are wearing and she will make one for you to co ordinate with your colours, she is really good. She will make it to whatever size you want, she also does hats, wraps and I think jewellery. She basically styles your outfit for you and tells you what colours work with it. As far as I can remember you don't buy them from her you just rent it. She's dressed some of the best dressed women at most races. She is based in Milford, Carlow if you log onto http://www.118.ie and do a people search for a Faith Amond in Carlow a number should come up. I'm not 100% sure if thats her but I wouldn't say there are too many people with that name in the same area I can't remember how much she charges but I don't think she is too expensive.
