And then that's where moral obligation comes in, simple. ( I know it's not that simple).

Yes, it may draw you into the episode but we all have to do with information that is given to us in the right way especially from the innocent and incapable. That's why we all have roles in society that deem responsibility. Whether it Teacher, minder or Joe Soap that sees or encounters bad actions. We all have a duty living in this world to stop or at least try and curb injustices or worse atrocities actioned on others and especially innocent little children.

I only took the notes is a scandalous reason. He took notes on children being abused and did nothing about it. Is this okay? Is it okay that he did nothing about it and is still in his regal position?

He informed a superior and continued his life for this many years on and watched the perpretators continuing and did nothing about it? He continued his life knowing children were being abused and did nothing about it. Simple, HE SHOULD BE GONE. GONE and everything should be tugged off him.

Thank god i'm not the only one who feels outraged by this man and by how the church is handling this situation....yet again!

I feel like ringing into a radio station or something!

I really dont' feel like enough is being done, this man needs to be held accountable!

That poor little boy, who was so brave at 13 in 1975 to stand up and tell another priest what was happening to him, and then for him to give the names of other children he knew it was happening to and for none of their parents to be even given a phone call....it makes me feel sick in my stomach!

How are we supposed to follow a church that buries it's head in the sand even further every time another one of these reports comes out?
