Cork city hairdresser

Good morning,

i have decided to treat myself & get hair done this evening.

Can anyone recommend a nice relaxing hairdressers in Cork city centre please? :thnk

Hi,

Maybe I'm too late.. and despite having lived in Cork for 8 years (left 2 years ago) I'm struggling to remember places I used to go!! I often used Peter Marks near Brown Thomas in city centre and the girls were always really nice, always offered coffee and magazines. Not sure it's the relaxing vibe you're after though?
Another nice, but pricey one is D'arcys at the top of Paul St., it's a long time since I was there but got a brilliant cut and it's a nice place.
Enjoy anyway, give us a review.. may be moving back to Cork soon so would love any new tips!

Escape Salon in the Imperial is pretty nice and relaxing and think they have some deals on at the moment for wash & blow dries?

Darcys is definitely still pricey!!! I'd go with the Escape Salon definitely, a lovely relaxing atmosphere in there and lovely for a treat!

I like Darcy's and I've been to Origin a couple of times too and liked them. Depends what you are getting done in Darcy's. Think there one in Ballincollig is cheaper than the one in town but they are brill.
