2 weeks later and my rings still missing!! FOUND!! YEY!

So its 2 weeks today since I saw my wedding and engagement rings. I cannot find them anywhhere! We have searched up and down. I miss them!!! Where the hell are they!!!!!

I am freakng that Im going to be one of those people whos rings go missing and are never found. I have them valued but havent even them on the home insurance yet!! So upset!

Sorry about the exlamation marks there... But i feel like lots of exclamations!!!!!!!!

Think when you take your rings off. Do you take them off to wash your hands, before going to bed etc.? Have you had a spray tan done recently or something that would have caused you to remove your rings?

Maybe you need a fresh pair of eyes to search the house. Maybe your hubby or a sister etc.

My mom lost her engagement ring years ago when we were kids. Had searched everywhere. Was totally freaking and then it turned up in an apple tart she had baked.

Don't know what else to say:( Hopefully they will turn up soon :lvs

Not sure if you're any way religious and this may not be everyone's cup of tea but a prayer to St. Anthony always works for me! (And I'm not a holy-Joe....more of an á la carte Catholic!) Don't even know what the actual prayer is, I usually just say my own few words to him & within a couple of days whatever's missing generally turns up. Might be worth a shot!

I can recommend st.Anthony aswell. It's worth a shot. Hope you find them, would abolutrly hate to lose mine. Haven't taken my wedding ring off since it went on two years ago :xox

Thanks ladies. I just really wanted to vent. Im so upset.

I have been trying the st anthony prayer but maybe he is busy this weekend so will keep trying. I just cant remember because I thought they were in my house but then I was back home the night afterwards but have checked both houses and cant find them anywhere! :o(

Promise St anthony a fiver, and if they come back go to your local chapel and stick a fiver in his box. Give him time though, dont pray everyday to him. There is a story about praying too much, that you dont actually give them the time to do it. not that I am that religious :-8

So i said I would take another look, track my steps with a fresh attitude with St Anthony at the ready all prayed out.... AND low and behold they were there on the windowsill inside in a packet of cotton balls!!! lol!
