3 day Detox Diet?

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a good 3 day detox? Not looking for a quick fix or anything, I just feel like a whale after about 4 weekends of partying. Feel like I need a good kickstart to get back to healthy ways!!

Would be great to hear from someone who's done one.

I just did the 3 day chemical diet..it was tough, but I lost about 4-5lbs

DAY ONE

BREAKFAST
half a grapefruit. 1 slice of toast. i small tin of beans. 1 black tea or coffee

LUNCH
4oz tuna. 1 slice of toast. 1 black tea or coffee

DINNER
2 slices of cooked meat. 4oz string beans. 4oz beetroot

then you can have 1 small apple and 4oz vanilla ice cream


DAY TWO

BREAKFAST
half a banana. 1 slice of toast. 1 poached egg

LUNCH
4oz cottage cheese. 5 tuc biscuits. 1 black tea or coffee

DINNER
2 slices of cooked meat. 4oz brocoli. 2oz carrots

then you can have half a banana and 4oz vanilla ice cream


DAY THREE

BREAKFAST
poached egg. 1 slice of toast. 1 black tea or coffee

LUNCH
1 slice of cheddar cheese . 5 saltine crackers. small apple and black tea or coffee

DINNER
4oz tuna. 4oz beetroot. 4oz cauliflower

then you can have half a small honeydew melon and 4oz ice cream

Really want to give that 3 day detox diet a go but does anyone know if you don't like something, do you just have nothing?! Tuna and cottage cheese make me retch! Can you substitute something for them or is that defeating the purpose? I'd appreciate any replies.
