from those ingredients i'd quite fancy chicken grilled with pesto and feta on top (if you have pesto), stir fried veg and sweet potato chips.

Or (again if you have pesto)

Saute, onions, mushroom and peppers, add the chicken. combine with cooked pasta and add pesto and crumbed feta. Stir well and serve!

I'd steam the sweet potatoes then smash them up a bit with a squeeze of lime and some feta. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Fry the peppers in some butter.

Stuff the chicken with rest of feta, tomatoes (don't know if you have tomatoes) and herbs and grill or roast.

Then whizz up the avocado for guacamole.

Serve with side salad of green leaves, pine nuts with squeeze of lime and a glug of extra virgin olive oil.

Yeah, In know I used ingredients you don't have sorry!
