Wedding in Rome, cant bring my dog, ideas??

Hi all,

I'm getting married in Rome in October, I wish I could bring my baby Missy, but the flights from Heathrow to Rome are 1200 alone just for her, I cant afford it, so basically, I cant think of ideas of what I could do to try include her, like I know I could put a few pics around but I dont want it to look morbid, its gonna break my heart leaving her, she will be in good care staying in doggy care but any ideas I'd really appreciate guys

Get a cake topper made to include her. Friends of mine did this. They sent off a picture of themselves and their cat and dog and a cake topper was made to include all of them and the likeness was great. Looked really cool.

My brother got married recently and they have 2 dogs which clearly they couldn't bring with them so what they did was put up pictures of all the immediate family on the day they got married or when they were kids and put the pictures around the place and also had pictures of the dogs in frames around the place as well.

You could get little square chocolates for the table and get a picture of the dog on the wrapper seen this done at a wedding and thought it was a lovely idea
