As far as I know one of the lads that I use to work with before works in a hotel restaurant in Cork City so just waiting for him to get back to me!

Excellent Flexi sounds like a plan. If that fails we've got Luigi Malones and Soho (restaurants with a full bar) Went to The Boardwalk last week. It was the most over-priced tripe I ever came across. Seriously not worth it.
