Another Naas meet up?

Girls im intrigued. If ye are all living in the same area, have you shown up to these events and it turned out that you knew some of the other wollies anyway? Like you have a friend who is getting married but you never really chat about WOL and then surprise shes sitting beside you at dinner? :o0

Yep, a few of the girls knew each other the last time we met up but they knew beforehand- it wasn't a surprise when they arrived in the restaurant! It's a good way to meet people in your area though- I met three girls that all live only a few hundred meters from my house yet I never knew them before.

I don't know what I was thinking - I was convinced we were meeting this Friday and was just about to post that I was looking forward to it. :duh:

Have made plans for Friday 19th now which I won't be able to rearrange - if I have an hour or so beforehand I'll join ye for a natter.

OTT thanks for posting. I thought it was this weekend as well. Was thinking to myself what a busy week. 2 fashion shows & a jewellery party. Was thinking that the hubby will think I have abandoned him. :-8

I would have looked a little sad arriving to Tenors a week early :-8

Oh that's a pity OTT, we'll be there early enough so if you could still pop in that would be cool. I'm looking forward to it- sadly it is pretty much the highlight of my Nov going out. :-8

The other dinner is at 7.30 I've found out, so I'll have to leave it girls. Sorry! Can't believe I mixed the dates up! We'll organise another meet up for the new year maybe...

I'll ring the restaurant some day soon just to reduce the booking by 1. Thanks again for organising sorrento!

Well I might wear a dress and black tights but that's because this is basically my one night out in November :-8

SAD or what??? So I fancy getting a little bit dressed up!

Have you been to Tenors before? It's not a very formal or posh restaurant so jeans and a top would be just right too. Whatever you fancy!

I'm looking forward to it, seems like ages ago that we arranged it.

I'm going to ring Tenors on Wed to confirm numbers so if you haven't rang, no need to. Pity you can't make it but its a good excuse to do something in Jan!!

so sorry girls, but i'm not going to be able to make it. i was looking to swap a shift in work for later in the month so i could go to a family christening, and of course the only day someone can swap me for is this fri O:|

was really looking forward to it as i missed the last one and you all sound like a lovely bunch of girls. so hopefully in the new year i'll get to go to one of these little get togethers(although you'll all know each other really well by then :-8

p.s sometimes i can get off at half four(depending on staffing levels) but because its a swap i'm not too sure bout fri. .

Just seeing this now - I rang to reduce the number by 1 but that still made 10 at that stage...
