Begur, Costa Brava?

I just got engaged recently and we're looking at El Convent in Begur, Spain as a possible abroad venue option.

We've never been there so we're going to go at the end of May and have a look.

Regular flights to Girona and Barcelona are part of the reason we looked at it.

Does anyone know a wedding planner in the area or other wedding venue options around there?

Also is there any hotels you'd recommend for guests who make a week out of it? Is there much for them to do? It looks beautiful on line so hoping it's as nice in real life.
