[quote= Also if you want a seriously good video tutorial look on youtube http://www.youtube.com/user/MakeupByTiffanyD it's got a few bridal vids but also loads of other really good ones that cover things like the best base and foundation application. I love it cos I am adament that I'm doing my own make up (even though every woman and her neighbour tells me this is crazy).[/quote]

im going to do mine too. dont see the point since i doubt if a professional could do better than me.

I suffered with combination skin all over the bad cold spell we had, i was dry on forehead, i was oily on chin breakouts and i actually looked older from the dehyration lines i had on my skin, was in a chemist in louth and came across a products called Trilogy, completly natural and organic, i bought the lotion for 32e its in a pump bottle and will last for ages, the rosehip oil is 20e and also good for scars and strecth marks, after 2 days i seen improvement in my skin i couldnt believe it, im delighted with it, tio check stockists in your area go to http://www.trilogyproducts.com/i uses rosehip at night and the lotion in the day,
i never usually recommend products like this as ive used so many over the years but this is excellent.

A friend that's getting married soon called to visit me recently and looked fab, I asked her what she was doing to keep erself looking so great and she swears by this oil for the face called "Rose of Mosqueta" ..it's a natural rose oil with nothing alse added (doesnt have a strong smell) and I bought it in the health food store since and have already noticed a difference. It's €13 for a small bottle, but u only use a little bit each night or on weekend I put it on in the mornings too.
Also, water water water...drink up! :)

Dove liquid soap as cleanser is AMAZING. I have used everything...Decleor, Dermalogica, Clinique, Simple, Oil of Olay, Lancome, Organic Surge...you get my drift...anyway, time and time again I go back to Dove. Especially the Cucumber and Green Tea one...my skin looks amazing after just a week of using it and I very very rarely get a breakout while using it. Sometimes I get bored and switch just to see what other ones are like but I keep coming back to my faithful friend Dove...truely...it's just brilliant!

The best skincare range I have ever used is Vichy, its cheaper and less perfumed than Clarins, and the likes.
Yea drinking lots of water but u don't need two liters a day that's myth and just puts pressure on the oul kidneys around a liter is more than enough!
Lots of fresh fruit once again u don't need your 5a day but defiantly need at least 1a day, lots of antioxidants in them!try to avoid processed foods where possble, less tea and coffee the better it's a diuretic, excerise every day even just walking a little.that's should help you on your way to looking and feeling better.just common sense really isn't it?! :wv

Girls, my best friend is a beautician
She said a woman came into her recently and her skin, hair , nails were all glowing and in brilliant condition. She asked her if there was anything she was taking and the woman said she takes silica/ silicea? She said it takes 3 months or more before you notice a difference but it can be got in any healthfood shop apparently!
I've ordered it online anyway, worth a shot, my nails are in crap condition!
