Would have been better if this was done when originally requested, or even if the opinions of the wollies about it being feasible as a forum had been asked, instead of a flat out refusal to an upset mother.
But thanks anyway, I hope it brings comfort to those who need it and coming from a family which has a couple of special needs children close to me I know that when the parents of these kids can talk openly about their feelings with other parents that it will be a great help. 
Congrats on opening this forum and to all who made it happen.
