Irish Dogs for the Disabled

My friend who has Muscular Distrophy has just received news that he'll be getting a companion puppy from http://www.dogsfordisabled.ie/ They do amazing work and it's unbelievable what they train the dogs to do. Just thought it might be a useful website for some of you. You can apply online if you know someone that might benefit from one of the dogs. They're a relatively new charity based in Cork

cool...we used to puppy walk for Irish Guide Dogs and that's where we met Jenny - she was our trainer when she worked for them!

she's a hard working lady! I'd love to do the puppy walking again but just don't have the time at the moment...it takes a lot of commitment so fair play to you O-O
