Dyspraxia and dyslexia- What toy for 9 yr old???

Hi my niece has both and was wondering has anyone got any recomendations on some toys as her attention span wonders she wants a bike of santa but any other ideas.

Is it for a few small things to go with the bike from santa?
My nephew has both and my SIL has bought him a lot of helpful toys over the years from this website:

My nephew is 9 too and plays with loads of board games and lego. She finds the educational toys from mothercare are great. Lots of toys that do things like helping them to tie their shoe laces.
