Wanted - a pearl and/or crystal brooch

Hi

My wedding dress is the Alan Hannah Eliza. It is a very simple dress and the waistband appears to be crying out for some sort of brooch in the middle. I'm starting to wish the dress had more bling now but as I'm getting married in 77 days it's too late to change my mind! As the dress is ivory damask with a rose print I don't want anything too fancy. I'd like quite a large long diamond shape brooch to fit the band if possible.

Anyone recommend a site or shop to go to please?

Hi there Watchoka,

I really love your gown...although you feel it is plain, I would actually disagree with you but I do understand you point of wanting to add a little sparkle to the bow detail. My cuz did something similar last year to her gown, as she felt something was missing!

She added a very simple elegent brooch to the knotted area....

Thank you!!! The brooches you've uploaded are beautiful. I'm still deciding whether to get one or not. My thinking being - if the designer felt the dress needed something wouldnt he have added it or at least have put a brooch to add on his website. Hmm....all very important stuff eh!
