I have two things to say to you!!
1 > Congrats and Wow what a great result in 16 weeks, delighted to hear your wonderful story and keep up the good work

2> Thank you so much for your lovely comment!! I came onto this site looking for some advice about the Clinic and some success stories not a lecture on paying out money to loose weight!! Over the years I have paid enough to the gyms and the weight watchers and the liptrim people!!!! I am overweight and desperate to loose weight and I would give me right arm but to get into gear and be a nice healthy weight and need some help to get there!!!

Nov2010Groom congratulations on your weight loss but I just wanted to point out that Motivation isn't completely successful for everyone. I actually thought I was being helpful by posting and giving Nora some honest feedback on my experience. O:|

I defined cheating in my post as have one bar or two glasses of wine a week. For me this was enough for my weight to stay static or go up. Once again, only my experience and I would by no means discourage anyone from trying the programme. It has worked for many people but not everyone.

Oh for definate its not for everyone, I was only looking for a few opinions on it from people who had tried the programme and had a valid comment to make about it!! I just dont like the people judging me for trying something new to loose some weight and just telling me to cop on and get moving more etc.

I think fair play to the girl who went and tried it and it wasnt such a success for her and I value that opinion!!!

Long story short starting it on saturday!!!!! So hope I have even half the results of Nov2010, would be thrilled!!!

Wishing you major success on it. Be mentally strong and stick to it ok!!
It is hard but worth it ..
I haven't been this size since i was 16.My mother told me yesterday I was a 34" waist by 3rd year. Yesterday I bought 2 very comfortable pair of 32" Jeans .. That makes it all worthwhile

hi guys, i'm really interested in trying this also, wedding not for 2 years but id like to be slim before hand so i can enjoy all the prep.. ie tying on dresses!! having nightmares about looking horendous on the day (sorry for the bad spellings!!) anyways nov2010 big congradulations you should be very proud. :thnk nora i hope its going well for you. would love some further info if you have any.. :wv :wv

2. Define cheat I have been on 2 weeks holiday from week 14-16 in the programme ( I was on a half board holiday in Salou) and I ate well just watched choices had some deserts .. wine etc and still lost weight by excercising.
3. My story by week 16
Starting Weight 18.2 - Now 13.11 - Have lost 5st 2lbs in Fat
Gained 11lbs Muscle - Waist from 38" to 32/34" still in between Jacket from 46" to 42"
Bmi reduced from 38.1% to 19.8%
I eat well do 3km per day excersise on a threadmill and feel great ..
PS I too was told to expect double loss on medical one but chose to go it myself. Proteins are €45 per week and the odd cd at €15 i think.
I couldn't afford to waste the €600+ which was another motivitation altogether


im looking for some help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
im a 19 yr old student with eating issues ,like feeling guilty etc im not goin go to much into it im just wondering to all the people who have done the weight motivation clinc,, because im a student i clearly cant affort the money foe the clinic ,if i had it i would be in there in a minute,, is it possible to go get the books and cds and protein supplements and attemp the programme yourself?????? please reply

Hi there,

I am in week 8 and have lost 13lbs, now I know that does not sound like much but I am happy enough, hoping to reach my stone mark tomorrow morning!! Anyway I know you can buy the products over the counter but as for the books and cds etc I doubt it. If I were you I would go for the first consultation as it only costs €25.00, supplements every week will cost you 30.00, if need any more help send me a private mail

Hi ladies

Im just wondering about the motovation clinic and how expensive it is. I've looked it up online and everything i have read says it is very expensive but no one actually tells you the price :o( Is it a secret or something???? Anyway i have a consoltation on saturday to see whats its about. After trying weight watchers, slimming world, lipotrom and food intlorence testing nothing has worked :( i lose a bit then just stop even tho i havent changed anything!!

So if anyone can tell me what price is should be expecting i would be very greatful
