Hi Ann-Marie;

I think there's about 6 points in a crossant.... very high!!! Bagels are 3 and a scon is 3.5.... better options me thinks :D

They are high aren't they... another killer is the cuisine de france type rolls and baguettes.... they are a definite no no if you are trying to lose a few pounds. there is 6 in the normal size one and 9 in the baguette! thats before you put lashings of avocado and bacon on them - JOKE!!
