I have two small pitta with wafer ham and a little low fat cheese, but I think it looks very dry :cry: (no butter, no mayo). Anyone any ideas how to moisten it up in future without adding loads of calories.

Today I am going home to my mums for dinner so I was trying to be good at lunch

Had a salad

Tomato
Cumcumber
Carrot
Lettuce
Tuna

And 3 glasses of water

Wasn't very exciting at all! Would love some maltesers........

Wouldn't we all like some maltesers... my absolute favourite - i could sit down and eat a full (big) box of them at once before realising they were gone.
Today I had 3 slices of ryvita (1.5points), tuna (1 point), low cal mayo (1 point), onion, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and the usual 0 points soup.. Am absolutely stuffed now..
