Any reports, which on a public discussion forum implies bad as well as good.

I actually haven't got anything bad to report so far, as it seems to be going well.

You asked me, or rather stated to stop pm'ing you, I had assumed you meant here. I lurk on RW now and again, so what, I haven't bothered posting anything, I don't know who or what is stressedout.

Oh and where's the proof of this pm I allegedly sent you here? Are you going to post them?? And I'd like the screenshot thank you, not the mere text of it. Highly unlikely for many reasons because A) It never happened and B) I'd need a crane to climb up on you.

I'm on Day 3- and i can't wait to weigh myself. I'm still following what i'd be eating on WW. How are you getting on with the diet? I'm finding it brill so far, as i'm so used to looking at nutritionall value's.
Had no side-effects yet, as I'm following to a "T". I think it is actually helping my IBS.

What day are you on? How you finding it?


haven't started it yet myself, going to see if i can get it on prescription as I'll only have to pay the prescription charge instead of the over the counter charge. Need to see GP to make sure i can take it with current medication anyway.
