i think maybe u misunderstood me-my friend was a happy healthy person who had to lose weight due to a health problem

she went to the motivation weightloss clinic and was successful but then went a bit too far and began to lose too much -she was being weighed and monitored still on a regular basis.it was very obvious that she was becoming ill and yet they did not pick up on it -she was seriously underweight and they did nothing to help

i know it is a mental illness but i feel it was handles very badly by the motivation clinic

Hi Lexi

Again sorry to hear about your friend and her experience with the clinic, but from what I have seen it has helped an awful lot of heavy people get their lives back in track by loose weight, and I hope it will do the same for me.

Being overweight in a disease and I want to cure mine!!

I joined the educo gym yesterday just to tone up, Let you know how it goes.
Did anyone have an experience with this gym?

well done nora .. im still at 13.5 2 weeks later and back on full food .. 3 weeks to go on programme then im taking the €295 option for 12 more monthly visits .. yeah !!

Hi Nov 2010, How much did you loose in Motivation? Im on week 13 and have 3 stone lost. Whats your diet plan like now? ( Sorry for all the questions)

I have lost near 5 stone started at 18.2 stone with bmi of 36 i think now at 13.5 stone bmi of 22 .. the diet plan hasn't changed much apart from im eating normal now i had to increase my carbs again and up excercise to stop losing weight and start turning fat to muscle .. so for last 2 weeks ive increased my muscle tone and lost fat and stayed the same weight .. I know its confusing but my clothes dont lie (IM BROKE FROM REPLACING CLOTHES) anyway well done on the 3 stone ..Yipee It really works if you commit dosn't it !!

That is fantastic, congratulations, you must be thrilled. Were you on the medical programme? I dont know whats wrong with me the last week, im getting a small bit fed up, I have had cravings too, dont know why.
