Hey MOS2009!!!

Congrats on the 5 WOW thats super!! I have not had a great week, got no exercise in at all as just been so busy trying to sort bits out with my house and hope to get into it in the next month!!!! Will be happy to have stayed the same this week or may 1 would be just brilliant!!!!

Thanks, i was thrilled, i think it was because I did extra excersize, Getting weighed again today, had a good week again so im hoping to be down 2 or 3. How did your weigh in go? Im having a few drinks for the first time in 3 months tonight, i hope it wont effect it too much, wont be eating junk just having a few drinks.....

Hey MOS2009!!

Well how is the body today after the beers last night?? Did ya do the dog on it or take it easy??

I was up this week!!! :o( :o( :o( :o(
My water and muscle were up, and my fat was up .5lb so in total was up 2lb!!

He said that he would totally put it down to the fact that I ate my dinner at 8 and 9pm most nights this wk as was just busy!! Thats the end of that!! Was disheartened but ya know what, I am happy in one way cause if this was WW i would not have bothered going back so would have been totally off track again!!

So here goes to another week!!!

Hey Nora, sorry i didnt reply sooner, my computer was on teh blink all weel. I did the absolout dog on it Saturday night, but I did stay away from the food so thats my only hope. Was down 4lbs last week, getting weighed again today so fingers crossed.... I hope your back on track again, I would have been the same as you if I was on WW, I would just give up

So here goes to another week!!!

Back on track, didnt have a super week last week but I was down 3lb so very happy with that again!! Need to give it welly this week now!!! Hope ya enjoyed your beers and were not too hungover!! How did you get on this week???

Hey Nora, I stayed the same, It does go to show that alcohol def slow things down. I was a bit dissapointed especially when I stayed away from the food and i did a load of work in the gym during the week. maybe It might show this week, fingers crossed

Hi There!!!

The costs vary:

Option 1 is the medically supervised one. First visit is 25, second visit is 150, and then the full programme is 2400 (this includes all the supplements, books, cds etc. This diet is also differnet with doctors visits and less of your own food

This is my option 2
25 first visit, 50 second visit, and then 540 for rest,
but you have to buy you supplements each week 30 and buy all extra books and cds. Less restricted

These amounts have to be paid in full, there is no payment option!!!

I very nearly cried when she promised me that I would have all my weight lost in the 20 weeks, all 5 or 6 stone gone!!! and then she dropped the bombshell of the price and had to pay it up in full!!! Waited till I came out to the car to cry!! But happy on the route I am on now!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the website, so trying to get the hang of things O:|
I am also on the motivation diet, started 2 weeks ago & I have lost 16lbs so far. I find it very easy to follow and I think at this stage it's just habit! Off on hols in a couple of weeks time, so really gotta work hard between now & then! Will keep ye all posted on progress.
Well done everyone on the great losses - it's an inspiration :wv

i have just booked myself in for a consultation - omg its expensive didint realise til i just read this thread not sure i'd have the money pre christmas will have to discuss with DH

Is it just shakes etc that you eat or is it a combination of actual food and supplements !

Sorry that was a typo on my part, I've been on the diet 7 weeks - man, it would be great it I lost 16lbs in 2 weeks! I'm on the normal diet & have about 35lbs to loose..havent had a good week, was out at the weekend with friends for dinner & drinks..have my weigh in today, so time will tell :-8

Had my weigh in yesterday & lost 2lbs - not bad after last weekends dinner & drinks! Going to try & abstain from drink this wend & see how I go..fingers crossed!
