Curry was a success! Think that the next time I make it I'll have to use a milder curry powder, as it was very hot even though I only used a teeny bit. Had it with a big bowl of veg and SW chips. Yum!

Ah girls, someone virtually slap me.

Didn't make dinner last night. Was in IL's house and waited until h2b came home from work and then it was nearly 9pm when we left... so we went to the chipper instead O:|

Not only was that bad enough but I ate a deep fried chicken wrap with the works, mayo, sause & cheese and a full bag of chips and half a tub of curry

How syn-tastic is that?? And WI tomorrow...

good god annie, that's like porn to me right now!!!

I've my weigh in tonight and heading to Milano's for a pizza tomorrow. Won't be having easter eggs so its my synfully delicious day! the pizza (Leggera Padana -pictured on previous page) is 25syns, but worth every bite! AND the best bit - only €3 with any other main course!

bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've Spag Bolognese in the casserole dish in the oven - gonna have it with Wholemeal Spagetti. I only have onion & mushroom in it - surely not enough to be 1/3 superfree... Any ideas how to bring in the veg? Or just have an apple or orange afterwards??

Theres enough Spag Bolognese to do tomorrow as well, which is a pity as Thursday night (after WI) is normally homemade pizza night - with 200g bag of Mozzerella Cheese, Full pack of Chirzo, Smoked Bacon, & Mushrooms.... But after being so bold yesterday I don't think I deserve it as the scales definitely won't be going down this week. I put in the recipe of my pizza into MyFitnessPal and it says that its 1300 cals for my half of the pizza, which I'd imagine is right as we make one hell of a big pizza!

Betty Draper is the leggera padana the same syns in any pizza outlet do you know? Sounds delish and defo worth the syns for a treat :compress

I've only seen them in Milano's. don't know if you can get them anywhere else.

I am having a good week food wise (although DH cooked last night and I think he used oil instead of Fry Light), but doing feck all exercise as my multiple sclerosis is playing up a bit. Had a couple of glasses of wine last night too (medicinal ;o)

)

Who am I kidding, I do feck all exercise anyway :-8

MUST get new scales today...

Well done Betty Draper! Girls ye're making me hungry with all the talk of bold food! My god but that pizza looks divine! I had my WI this morning. Down another 2lbs...so going to treat myself at lunch. Getting toastie and chips...first deep fat fried chip so pass my mouth since January! :ooh

Oh and I'd sausage rolls this morning....very bold!!

Started the 30 Day Shred 2 nights ago. It's ok so far, arms and abs are a bit sore. Just wonder how long before the novelty will wear off.

Was that the cauliflower curry Rocksie you had? I only made it the once, must make it again.
