thanks streaks,

For lunch I try to have leftovers. Last night I made sure there was enough for 1 big dinner(DH) and 2 small ones for me, one for last night and one for lunch today.

Egg mayo with salad and brown bread

Tuna with extra light mayo, sweetcorn, onion, mixed peppers and tomato in a sm wholemeal pitta.

You can't go wrong with a salad, add some boiled chicken for some nice protein

Baked spud? have some fruit after though as nothing superfree about baked spuds

Welcome to slimming world Streaks - hope you have a fantastic first week.

Betty Draper wow your doing fantastic - can i ask how do you make your egg mayo now do you use the extra light mayo?

I had my weigh in last night down a pound so thats a pound and half off in two weeks its not fantastic but its going in the right direction so im happy :o)ll and i did go all out on Easter sunday had fry in the morning with oil and all and nice roast turkey and ham for dinner with all the trimmings and not to forget that easter egg!!

Just started back in the gym again yesterday so hopefully i might make 2pound off next week.

HI Mrsmg2b, for my egg mayo i just use egg as normal, extra light mayo, onion and tomato mixed in as well. And that's it. Delicious!

Not been great at sticking to plan
Also been doin exercise and have inch loss so dont mind about the scales this week

Got my food diary going today though!!

Was down 2lbs today. Delighted as I was feeling kinda fat! Tried on a pair of pre baby jeans that wouldnt go near me a few mths ago & they fitted comfortably. I'm now a couple of lbs lighter than I was when I got pregnant but I had put on 2 stone between getting married & then so there's still plenty of weight to loose! My goal weight isn't as low as my wedding weight but we'll get to target first & revisit it then. That's a good way off anyway! Let's not get ahead of ourselves!

Well done Betty Draper on your weight loss, you're flying it!

Streaks there's a SW recipe thread on this forum, it's on about the 3rd page I'd say, some nice recipes on it. I got the mc Cain micro baked potato yday, dead handy & think it's only 1 syn or so but I must check it. It was in the SW magazine.

I had a half pound OFF, I was very very surprised.
So today I am gonna be very good.. starting with a fruit salad and Muller light

well done on the all the losses ladies!

Streaks, Extra light mayo is .5 syn for a level teaspoon. I use I good sized heaped tsp so count 1.5syns. It should probably be 2 though now that I think about it!


Awkward Annie, i do that every day bar one day at the weekend. I have chopped strawberries, grapes, kiwi and banana with 0% fat activia - usually strawberry. So Yummy.
And keeps my going till lunch.

OOOOOOohhhhh yours sound so much nicer than mine...

When I went to make it, I only had apples, oranges and grapes - melon had gone off I think!

Any suggestions for lunch?? I was thinking of Poached Egg with Wholemeal bread - cos I've no potatoes left

Well I was up 2lbs this week. Disgusted with myself but still finding it tough to get back into the swing of it! I had a banana for breakfast this morning and then had a punnet of strawberries to snack on while I was doing my bits around town this morning. Did some roasted butternut squash wedges for lunch with a grilled tomato, rasher and egg on toast for lunch and going to do mushy pea curry for dinner! I'm determined to beat the sugar cravings that I've been having. I actually had a mini crunchie after lunch but have a headache now and I reckon it's a sugar withdrawal!
On a night shift tonight and it'll be tough because I have my niece here today as well and no chance to get any sleep before I go in so will have to bring loads of fruit with me and maybe a hi fi bar as a treat!

Yesterday was a good day for me!
Breakfast - Fruit with Muller Light
Lunch - Poached Eggs with Brown Bread
Dinner - Spag Bolognese

And then today
Breakfast - 1 Bacon, Poached Eggs & Bread
and then I did the grocery shopping. Took OH with me and he bough a packet of Haribo.. which we ate on the way home and then ate a Kinder Bueno :o(

Gonna have my Yumme Chicken Curry for dinner- Its not Syn friendly (Tin of McDonalds Curry Sauce, Coconut Milk & Cream)... Awh well

Im seeing vecon stock recommended in recipes, where can I get this or is there another suitable substitute?
I had a terible weekend, had to go away from birthday wknd and it was actually impossibe to do it slimming world friendly.. back on the wagon today though, heres hoping i didnt do too much damage. It was going do well up to that point :-8

Ladies, i need some majoy inspiration/ motivation! i joined sliming world few weeks back and i lost 8.5 pounds the last 2 weeks im gone really bad ive 45 days until my wedding and now im panicking! i didnt go to my weigh in the eve and last week i put up 1.5 pounds as i had my hen and easter! i feel like ive put on all the 8.5 pounds again feel bloated and annoyed! im trying to plan my meals and breakfast so if anyone has motivation/ inspitation please throw it my way!!! :(
