It has great receipies and new syn free snacks advertised in it. Plus lots and lots of members weight loss stories.

I am sick as well but more of a chest flu. Feel awful. AF just finished so was hoping to really give it my all over the weekend and have a bit gone for WI on Monday. Hubby's birthday today though so I will have to be careful with what I eat. The challenge will be eating enough with the way I feel.

HI Girls

How did the weekend go?

Well I had my 2lbs off on saturday - I weighed myself at home so I was delighted

Went out for a meal with DH for our anniversary and had 3 courses, plus bottle of wine, plus baileys coffee!

Girls I have the 2lbs back on today >:o( Have my weigh in tonight and I really don't want to go but I will

Anyway had my all bran this morning and have my tuna salad for lunch. I'm meeting my friends for another meal to night too! I'll make better choices tonight

My WI is this evening as well and also dreading it between af and being sick, no weight has been lost I don't think. I would settle for the half pound needed to reach the half stone loss. I have craved comfort foods since getting sick and with my chest and throat being so sore I ate ice cream yesterday. A maxi twist tub. Don't know how many syns it is.

Thanks mammybear. Dreading it. Just found out that maxi twist ice cream is 8 syns, so went over my daily allowance a few days this week but still within range for weekly allowance. I am worried that all the cough bottle I have taken is full of sugar or something.

Well I shed a half pound and am happy with that all things considered. At least I got to my first half stone gone and got my reward sticker. :o0 I treated myself tonight because i felt in a bad zone and was craving bad foods. i needed to get it out of my system and am starting fresh tomorrow. Need to get going on the exercise this week. Would love to lose 3lbs for next Monday. When I lost most my weight the first week, I didn't eat late at night but I did the last two weeks, so going to try avoiding the late night eating. Hope you got on well mrs sunflower. Which class are you in?

Hi Girls

I missed my class as I was late home from work and had to go for a meal with my friends. But my class also runs on a Thursday so I'll go for my weigh in then

I was very good at the meal and I didn't have the desert but I swaped it with a glass of wine :hic

Well done on your award last night :o)ll
