i broke! :o( sorry.
skin was going horrible. im not normally spotty but was getting breakouts and i think it was coz of lack of fresh fruit and veg so i had a fruit salad after my dinner. lost 6lb so now going to just try and stick to cutting out the carbs and crap for a while.

how are you getting on?

i got on the scales this morning and iv now lost a total of 10lbs in 7days :o)ll
i cant believe it myself,i was in a very bad mood yesterday evening,id been working all day and dident get a decent lunch then had to go and do the food shop i was soo tempted to get a bag of tayto or a bar of choc but i dident instead i filled the trolley with all the veg i can eat today and when i got to the car i opened the packet of chicken slices i had bought and i was grand again,i must say im not starving on this diet, the book says its something to do with no sugar in the diet, its just boring but today is my protien +veg day,i had an omelette and peppers for breakfast and for my dinner im making soup for starter, then sea bream with lemon and garlic with all veg you can think of....cant wait :hyper:
iv also found that the fruit teas ye know the strawberry or raspberry ones with a bit of canderel sugar in very good for keeping the sweet tooth at bay,im living on them

Hey
Im going to join in too :wv I did this for 2 weeks in Jan ( Start weight 11st 10lbs)and lost all my belly fat. It really works. I got down to 10 1/2 stone in about 3 weeks
Unfortunately I was very bold and eat my way back to 11 stone in last few months :duh: But I never put back on my full spare tyre - just have a podge belly :eek :eek that is not welcome on honey moon
But Im now exercising regularly and eating a lot healthier than I was pre Jan . Wedding is in 3 mointh so want to get to 10 stone and stay there this time. Have been trying to do WW but its just too slow for me !! So Dukan again for me . I found it too tough last time to have absolutely no veg; I did it for the first 2 days , but then added in green salad ie rocket , mixed leaves, cucumber , scallions etc; was so much easier to stick to , and I was still in ketoacidosis. So burning lots of fat!!!!!!!
I used to eat Onken 0% fat , with oat bran for brekkie, Muller fat free yoghurts or few almonds , diet coke, green tea for snacks
ham/chicken/salmon and salad for lunch
Steak/grilled fish/chicken for dinner with green salad.
I found it easy enough to stick to last time , especially as the lbs come off fast. Need to get my dress fitted/altered in July , also hen fast approaching so need results fast
I also took a vit/iron supplement with Ginseg for the acute phase , which helped energy levels
My man is going to try it this time also ; so will let you know how I get on tomorrow
Best of luck to everyone else :wv
Added a weight loss ticker to try and motivate myself :o)ll :o)ll

Thats brilliant! well done - you are well on your way to a stone! id say you were dying for a bit of greenery.

im still trying to be good and cutting out carbs. trying to just stick to meat and salad or vegetables for dinner but cheating and having bit of fruit as i was just feeling so rough without it.

glad you are doing so well!

Hi girls - i started today. Had my muller fat free yogurt for breakfast - was fairly starved by lunch time. Then i had low fat ham with prawns for lunch. Then for tea i had an omelette with some more prawns and onion. It says you are allowed onion even though it would seem like a veg! Got a little peckish about 8 so had another fat free yogurt. I think the book says 2 a day is ok. I am feeling ok but have got a bit of a headache. Have to work on drinking my water more! I am doing the gym most days too so will be so disappointed if i dont lose anything on this!

Can i ask is it ok to have tea or coffee? I might have missd this in the book! Also where do you get the oat bran from? I tried a few shops and they didnt have any?!!

Hope its going well for all of you!
