hey girls my weight in was last night I lost 1lb, normally id gripe and moaning that its coming off too slow but not going too id rather look at the positive side that its off instead of on :) ... i must be the worst ever for losing weight seriously im sticking within my points and i exercise 3 times a week and i do have Chinese Friday tho and Ive lost 6lb in 6 weeks but in saying that im wright on my target i said 1lb per week from now till my wedding (July 2012) nearly 3st gone and id be delighted with myself :yelrotflmaosmilie:
