Well done every1!! Something to jazz up chicken:

On the chicken fillet put a small spoon of philadelphia light (garlic and chive) then on that a small spoon of ballymaloo relish (sorry about the spelling!!) then a sprinkle of bread crumbs for a bit of crunch! Serve with veg and a small portion of spuds, really delish for 10pp!!

Hi girls, just read through all 66 pages :eek you are all great for the tips & motivation!

I joined WW this day last week so I have a weigh in tonight!
I joined originally 9 years ago & I lost 2 & a half stone but was still a stone away to goal & becoming a Gold member. I got close a few times but got fed up & gave up! Since then I maintained the same weight & then in Dec 09 I had a baby boy. In April 10 I joined WW again & lost a stone & a half got down to the weight I was before getting pregnant but still didnt reach goal.
So now here I am, still the same weight as when I left WW all those years ago but the difference this time is that I am determined to get to goal! Loving the pro points system, had a great week so here's to the weigh in tonight! :o)ll

Hi guys Well done to all of you on your weight loss. I am hitting into my third week of weight watchers. The first week i lost 4 pounds and was so motivated. the second week i increased my exercise to 2/3 times a day and lost 1 pound. I was a bit disappointed with that. This is now my third week and i was sick a few days so i have not tracked what i ate. On my first week i culdnt stay for the meeting but my leader told me to read the books and it explains everything. I am just wondering how you are working the point system. Are you using you 29 a day AND the 49 points a week. I am a bit unsure of this. I am using my daily points but not using all my weekly points. So far this week ive lost nothing and put on a pound but i have not exercised much this week as i was ill. I am desperate to loose the weight as i am gettin married on 1st June 2012. Any help/ tips / advice would be much appreciated. :xox

Got weighed in last night & lost 6lb, yipppee, I'm so happy! And I only exercised two nights last week so this week will have to get out more.

Lezah252 I am only doing it a week so can't really advise you much but this week I didnt touch my weekly allowance. I suppose on the first week you're always gonna be super good! Shouldnt really have an effect on your weight loss though whether you use them or not!

Thanks mrswoods! Ya 2 slices in a packet. I tried to work it out on the points wheel and it came out at 2 so I must be doing it right! I thought it was a very complicated yoke to begin with!

Hey Ladies,
I had an awful week in that I was sick as a pack of dogs but on the bright side I lost 2.5lbs as a result so im now up to 20.5 lbs and delighted!! I still have another stone to go and by God its slow but at least its going in the right direction!!!

Tiny Feet you definately need the calculator - I do nothing but give out about that wheel thingy it drove me demented!!!!!! O:| The calculator is really easy to use you literally just type the values into it and it tells you the propoints!!!

Lezah252 I use my 29 daily and anything over comes out of my 49 the only thing I don't spend is my activity points. I try to only use half the 49 but I was away on holidays for 3 weeks and used every last one of them and still managed to lose 1.5lbs so it does work!!!!
