Well woolies, I had my weigh in at lunch time and was a bit worried as I was away in Ibiza last week at a wedding but was thrilled to hear I was down 2lb, so 22.5lb gone since february, another 13lb and I get to my goal with 10 weeks to the BIG day so really going to try my best now but if I don't get to goal then it won't be the end of the world... CuddleyB don't be too hard on yourself, you should just aim for a lb a week as you're doing so much exercise you could be toning up as well & losing inches, I found that happened me, also are you tracking? i always find the weeks I track everything I do well

well done you, your doing great Sarahk14! Yeah thats exactly the weekly target i gave myself i just need to be patient... i am tracking but do lose focus at weekends tho but I will make sure I track better this weekend and hopefully i will have a better result on Tuesday (my weigh in day)... Ive a really long way to go to hit my target weight

Hey Ladies,
Had my weigh-in this evening and was down 3lbs so am delighted with myself!!!!

Was really strict with myself this week and only ate 6 of my 49 weekly pp's! Have lost 23.5lbs in total so I'm delighted!! I'm gettin married in dec so I've 13 weeks left so going to try my utmost to get another stone off!!!! head down and tail up!!!!! :o0

CuddleyB did u get the ww calculator??? That's a must for me, id be lost without it!! And I bought the tracking diary and track religiously!! The no point soup and fat free jelly are both fantastic fillers and they help me a lot?? Don't be too hard on urself its a tough aul slog but if it was easy everyone would do it!!!!!!

well ladies im not so disheartened this week i tracked everything and I cut out bread completely and lost 2lb i know its not much but better than ive been doing so im delighted at least thats another bit gone :o)ll

Hi girls..can I join this group. I recently rejoined WW after 5 months away..I had originally lost 3 stone but gained back 1 stone back...lost 6.5lbs my first week back last week and stayed the same this week. Was hoping to be down by even a half but I suppose 6.5 over 2 weeks is still pretty good.
Am getting married next june and have 1.5 stone to lose to get to goal. Feels a long way off :-(

Hi everyone, you are all doing reall well! Skybusgirl, 6.5lbs is excellent. Just think you are only 7.5lbs away from losing the stone you put on & then once you've passed that mark you'll feel great! I went to my class last week & lost 3.5lbs. I am so delighted with that! I am down 10.5lbs now in 3 weeks which I am very happy with. My own personal goal is to lose another 10lbs & then that puts me in a healthy BMI. Does anyone know once I am within a healthy BMI can I become a Gold member or does the leader tell you what your goal weight is? I've never discussed this with her as she has never mentioned it.

Was on this thread with my pre married name & hopping back on if thats ok! Got down to goal before my wedding but have put on 6 pounds in the 2 months since the wedding - woops. Want to knock off half a stone by Dec. Back in WW, its great this time though as I dont have to pay.

Tintfeet. Have a chat to your leader about your goal. It should be a decision between both of you.

Disaster of a weigh-in last night!!! >:o(

Not even a little 1/2lb - nada, zip!!!! sooo annoyed. did the same thing I did last week and I lost 3 lbs last week???? Explain that one ladies!!!!!! ;o(

neway, I got home very disappointed and made the OH come for a 7km walk with me to try and make the best of a bad situation!!!!!

CuddleyB 2lbs a week is excellent! but I suppose when ur being so good u do expect more - it really can be so frustrating!!! But cutting out the vread will stand to u this week as well. I can't do without so I buy the ww- bread which is fine toasted and good for beans on toast and the like!!! Just don't have ur will-power!!! :-8

Ladies can I join ye please? Started WW a week ago - use this thread for M&K so would love some support on the weight loss also. Never got rid of my baby weight - if I'm being honest I prob added to it during mat leave :weep

- would love to be successful this time :-8

Am doing well so far; was down 3.5 lbs at first weigh in last Monday. Wine is my downfall - am quiet partial to a few glasses at the week-end :-8

so saving my weekly points for that.

Have a good 2 stone to lose so along way to go but am prepared to take it slow 1 week at a time (well so far anyway :o0

Girls anyone know how many PP in a small Kinder chocolate bar, you know the ones you get in a multipack? There is no nutritional info on the pack so i just guessed 3.... Could be way off
