Best of luck next week, I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow.

Hey realta, hope your injury is better, the same thing happened me last year and was gutted that I missed the classes - hopefully it'll all go according to plan this year :wv

Injury is fine thankfully!

went to bootcamp this evening and it makes such a difference doing it with the sun going down and it being a little bit warmer

when i started it a few weeks ago it was dark and freezing cold...bbbrrrrrrrrr!

pretty tough class, lots of sprints and running!

burpees are my arch nemesis :o0

Thats great Realta! You must have been raging to miss so many classes when you had to pay upfront but you've loads of classes left. I have a bit of a dodgy knee so hopefully it will hold up - havent run in ages because of it so I would say BC will KILL me.

Well ladies I had my first class last night - they do say no pain no gain....................I'm in agony today!!! I was fine during the class and was so surprised that I still had a good fitness level, we did a lot of leg work which is why I'm so soar today and climbing the stairs in a pain in the a$s!!! At least I know that I worked hard when I'm like this today - oh well hopefully today will be the worst of it and it'll be pain sailing from here on in! :o)ll

Hi Girls
I am starting my first bootcamp class tonight! Woke up this morning and looked out the window and was gutted to see the rain, but from reading he old BC diaries thread sounds like it will be more fun!

I am nervous as I was sick with the flu for the last few weeks but I feel like I am pretty much back to normal now but think my energy levels will be low but I don't care.

17 weeks to my wedding so I need to lose my a$$ asap. Had a letter this mornng that my dress is in so need to make an appointment for my first fitting, don't want to make it until I have nearly finsihed boot camp!

I will post back tomorrow to let you know how I got on!

well i survived my first class - well just about the old arms are aching today!
The weather was fine thankfully & it was really good. lots of circuts & sprints (found this part really tough), following by running (like running so this part wasnt too bad).

It really is up to yourself how much efort you put in but i kept thinking "3 months to go" everytime i got out of breath or tired and really tore into it. Can't make thrusrday but i have bikram yoga tonight & will do the sat class as well so that should be plenty.

Hey,

Well I had my first class last night and it was great sounds like mine was very like grazias, lots of running ( done that climb the hill type one) there and back once, twice, three times, then twice, once.
Then circuits which involved planks, alternating lunges, squats, tricep dips, rows, boxing.

I really enjoyed it !!!

Just starting to stiffen up now at 3.00pm so am hoping i wont feel too bad tomorrow. Really gave it my all and like you Grazia, I kept thinking 4 months to go !!!

I have my next one tomorrow evening and I actually can't wait !!!

I was going to book into a body pump class on sat morning, but as the weather is going to be nice I am going to dig up the garden as that will be a work out in itself instead and keep me out in the fresh air!

hi girls,

just wanted to let you know that despite only going to 4 weeks out of the 6 that i should've done i've lost an inch from my waist and an inch from my belly! :compress

i don't know if i've lost weight because i don't like to weigh myself and prefer to go by measurements

delighted with that little bit of progress,

really want to get into running by myself too (can't afford bootcamp forever!)

my goal is:
*) another half inch to 1 inch from my waist
*) hopefully an inch and a half from my belly
*) tone up my arms and thighs (arms for the dress, thighs for the bikini on honeymoon!!!)
