Home made mixed bean chilli and a wheat free low fat chocolate :) crispy bar thing..currently snacking on carrot sticks!!

Today I have pitta bread with Potato salad, mustard and low low grated cheese - it will be followed by a small bag of popcorn and accompanied by a Stephen Pearce Mug of Knor Cream of Tomato soup. I do not know the points today but they are not off the wall anyway.

Not sure yet have to go to the shop at lunch, prob get a ww cup a soup and a lettuce tomatoe and ham sambo on brown bread o butter or mayo!

oh my god you ar all so good.

tomato & lentil soup from cafe sol and yummy egg mayo and smokked ham roll.. I'm never going to get a dres to fit me and to top it all of the electric scales at the gym told me I am 9lbs over weight last night
