Hi girls,

Is anyone else OBSESSED with weighing themselves (when dieting)? I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 3.5 lbs! :o)ll

i want to loose 3 stone just so hard , i guess with support it will be a lot easier

Are you going to join a slimming club or follow a particular diet?

I'm just following a health eating plan, reducing my intake of carbs, 2L of water a day, counting calories etf. Tuesday is my weigh in day so I'm hoping to lose 5-7 lbs. will keep ye posted

I am hoping to lose 3 stone this year too.
I lost 2 1/2 last year so hoping I'll stick with the plan.

Me too! Seeing every 1/4 lb reduction on the weight watchers scales definitely is a motivator.
Though I am giving myself a break from the scales for a few days as i had a disaster of a weekend and will give myself a couple of days to recover and get back on track again.

You're doing great-keep up the good work!

I'm up 7 lbs after just 1 weekend of excess.
I'm disgusted with myself. I feel rotten.
It should give me a kick up the arse but I'm not feeling motivated today.

Hi Fi,

How are you?

God I fell off the wagon with an almighty bang last week!!!! I'm getting back on track now though. I've decided to abandon the Dukan idea - it's way too restricitive for me!!! I'm gonna give operation transformation a go. I'm still down 2 lbs from my initial weigh in - I want a significant result next week though!!!!

Who is online
