Well when you know you'll be out or away at the weekend, you really should make an extra effort to be good during the week - though it's easier said than done I know!

I reached the 10% weight loss goal this week at weight watchers and I'm delighted.
I know I won't keep losing weight at the same rate, but at least now I know I can, rather than try for a couple of weeks and give up when I don't get results immediately - as was my tendency before.

Now that I feel that I have my diet under control, I need to work on doing some exercise.

Well done on the 10% loss Fi. Yes I was poorly this week also and am on antibiotics I have a few infections post baby so feeling a little easier on myself than I should have been.. They finish next week so hopefully will have some better news then. Thought I had been quite careful in the week preceding the weekend away and to be fair only got out for a couple of drinks but the truth is on the scales as ever :duh:

down one but only that one I'd gained last week so no real change for me.. Have a quiet few weeks so hoping that will help me focus my resolve. Good luck with your weigh in. Where are the other girls on this thread are we the only two.

Looks like its just us!
I was up 1/2 lb today. I'm lucky I wasn't up more. So much for having developed a habit!
Did a decent shop today. Will start tracking again and hopefully get the scales going in the right direction again.

well like you say it was only 1/2lb so thats good. Yes definitley tracking is the key I know I eat without realising it sometimes so writing it down is a great way for realising I need to lay off the bread

Can I join in now ladies? I lost 1.5lbs last week and hoping to replicate it this week (WI today at lunch) but whilst I've been good eating and exercise wise, I did consume wine at the weekend which I'm waiting to show up on the scales!

Fair play - you're both doing great.
I've been avoiding this thread and the scales this week.
Have 2 hectic weeks coming up.
Will get bak into the diet after that. :-8

I've had a mental couple of weeks so delighted with it.
Slowly but surely hopefully :-)

Do you find that you're developing better eating habits now?
