Good on you for walking happy.

When we're up or stay the same, we know why, so we know what we have to do!

Am having a bad few weeks.
Drinking and hangovers are definitely my biggest hurdle.
Will get back on track this week hopefully.

Hope you're getting on better.

:innocent: Yup :-8

Another gain and loss last week which was pathetic but have been careful this week so hope to see it on the scales wednesday. Think I thought it would be a doddle as I lost a stone and a half after DD was born before I had to tackle the bulk so I've two stone down since June but this is not happening as quickly as I thought it would.
How are you getting on Fi well done for posting I was avoiding the thread which is stupid I'm only fooling myself.

I was up for the last 3 weeks but am down again now.
Have a dress in mind to wear at Xmas and I'm determined to fit into it!
You've lost a lot since June. Slowly and surely too maintain the loss so don't be expecting too much from yourself.

Have stayed the same for the last few weeks which isn't bad considering that I haven't been good.
My Xmas frock will be staying in the wardrobe though if I don't cop on pronto!

Grrrrrr- I wrote a big long post about what a disaster I am and how I've no one to blame but myself and i didn't even manage to post it.

I am a big fat f u c k of a disaster and it's my own fault.

I had a target to reach for xmas, and it's a pipe-dream now.

What is wrong with me??

Why can't I stick to a simple, basic plan??

I''m starting with weight watchers again tomorrow...

Fi the trouble with putting on alot of weight is it generally doesnt happen overnight so its not going to go overnight either.

ALot of the bad habits we develop become 'normal' in our eyes and I know for me I can justify EVERYTHING.. I went for a walk I'll have an icecream I'd a rough day with the kids I need that chocolate. I don't sit gorging but I do like a biscuit with a cup of tea, icecream, chocolate bar etc.. Lot of little bad habits see weight gain develop over a number of years. I've this excess weight on me with about 3 years now.

Please don't think like that about yourself. Self esteem is very hard to build up.

I'm sorry I've not paid this thread enough attention I've a bit going on at home and thats made this and not me priority for now.

You're not the only one with the goal for xmas blown out of the water. I've lost 2 since I had DD a stone and a half before I started this which was the easy part and then 7lbs since starting this thread. I still have that off but its been up and down. and posting I stayed the same I lost I gained was doing my head in so sorry for not keeping in touch.

We could still aim for 2lbs a week for Christmas. See if we can do that and check in maybe nightly see how our days were.

I know I just need a kick up the bum

Girls can I join ye? Am a heifer and need to lose a whopping 40kg. It makes me cry to even think about it ... I've downloaded a calorie counting app and am starting to track. I'm on 1700 calories a day. My low point came when I realised on a recent flight that I'm nearing the end of the seatbelt :weep :weep :weep if I continue I will need the extension. I won't get that far....

welcome anonymousse, think we've decided after a few weeks of no great shakes we're going for the honesty approach thinking of posting what we ate and more importantly 'did' during the day.
Please feel free to kick us up the bum if we neglect this thread.
