Hi Momof2 - how are you getting on?

I am on antibiotics and I have to take them after food - no problem there.
But they're making me feel ravenous and sick!
I just feel dreadful so no dieting for me for a few days again. :duh:

True Fi. Hope you get better soon. I'm using these few weeks like a savings fund. there was a feature on four live about the calorific content of christmas day and it was massive. I wouldn't mind their decadent christmas looked modest compared to mine

Drummers wofe well done on all the exercise. You'll see results soon I find if I've been anyway bad during the week i don't get the result. I've had plenty of bad weeks so think I've finally worked it out :wv

How are we doing since?

If I'm honest, I'm only posting because I weighed myself this morning and I'm somehow down! I'm delighted.

But I've also eaten my body weight in biscuits today.

I've lost 40 lbs in 26 weeks.

My new years resolution is to lose a lot more-another 50 lbs next year.
So then I'll be 11 stone.
It sounds like a lot but i know it's do-able.
When I stick to the weight watchers plan, I get results.
So all I have to do is stick to it!

Down 1 here nothing hectic but I'm happy as as you say there has been some choc and biccies opened here too..

Have a Happy christmas won't be having a weigh in next week as I will be immersed in Baileys ans Chocs.

I'm following the weight watchers plan but not going to meetings.
I'm up 6lbs due to xmas excess.
I want to lose 2 dress sizes in time for being bridesmaid in the summer.
And i badly need to tone up.
I Hope to start swimming soon.
I've set myself a target of 4lbs this week.

That makes two of us - I'm up 6 lbs also. Am aiming to get rid if it this week.

Had a lovely bowl of porridge this morning and a pear at elevenses washed down with 500 ml of water.......Long may it continue!!! :o)ll

I actually can't wait to feel good again.
