Losing the last five kilos.

Hi girls,

Ive just started the exercise and healthy eating routine of Michelle Bridges the biggest loser trainer in Australia. She has a book out helping you lose the last five kilos. She gives you step by step exercise guide and daily meals and recipes, its a four week plan to get rid of those last stubborn five kilos! Ive bought three of her workout dvds too and they are awesome, it doesnt take long to sweat bucket loads and get the heart rate up!

Wish me luck! and let me know if anyone is doing the same thing.

The very best of luck. I have just started using the H.I.T.T. principle when doing cardio and the love handles are disappearing. Please keep up posted on how you are doing? regards mike. mypt.ie

Hi everyone,

I have lost almost two kilos so far but i havent been consistent but ive been eating smaller portions and eating healthy and if i dont get to exercise every day im still losing a bit of weight because im sticking to healthy eating. The exercise i have been mostly doing in interval training and lots of cardio and a little bit of weights. Cardio really helps shift the fat around your stomach and love handles! Im sure I would have a lot more weight lost if i did exercise each day. But ive been a busy girl these last few weeks so once things settle down ill get right into it and take measurements etc.

so ive kept doing this exercise healthy eating regime and ive lost 4.5 kilos so far and about 8cm off my waist and cms off my back, chest and legs. so im very happy with my results. ive two kilos to go to my goal weight and im quite happy :)
