god that sounds lovely food that you cooked. I need to be more adventurous. It will be very hard not to eat some carbs on your lunch!! That will be tough going as Im sure the smells will be lovely.

I hope everyone is doing great with their weight loss.

I bought the 17 day diet book today and plan to start tomorrow. Just wondering what do you have for breakfast? I'm not a huge fan of eggs and I don't want to be having a smoothie for breakfast for the next 17 days, I'm ok with lunch and dinner and I'm going to try out some of the recipies in the book.

How are you getting on?
I had a bad second week so I'm not going to move onto the second phase until I do an extra week on phase 1.

My daily meal plan is something like this - I like eggs though

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs - cup of green tea and glass of water with lemon
midmorning - Apple
Lunch - tuna sald - huge salad and an apple and green tea
early evening - some greek yogurt
Tea - Chicken and veg- green tea
I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

After the first 4 days I dropped 4lbs but I'm chasing my loss now because I've made bad choices on my second week. So back on track now AGAIN!

wow mrs sunflower, that's great.
My meals would be very similiar to yours. I haven't weighed myself yet but I do find my clothes not as snug. Going to wait until Thursday morning to weigh myself as it'll be a week then since I started.
We have a wedding this weekend so I know I'm going to gain a few lbs after it but it'll be worth it, I'll go straight back on the diet then again.

One thing I am noticing is I'm getting a headache everyday, did anyone else suffer from headaches.
