Cho Yung Tea

Has anyone any experiences they could share regarding cho yung tea? someone told me they swore by this as a weight loss aid aswell as attending ww so I'm just wondering if anyone could shed some light on it thanks! It seems to be expensive enough from looking online! Any replies would be appreciated!

I used this for a while, probably wouldn't recommend it-deepending on how desperate you are! It gives you a dose of sitting on the toilet pretty much after everything you eat. I think it does the fat binding thing so you need to limit your bad food intake and don't take it if you know you are going out etc.

Hi Lovebnmrsg, thanks for the reply! I couldn't find much on this online and didn't want to go wasting money on it before I had some idea of its effects and what exactly it does! I'm not so sure I'll be throwing €50.01 on 60 teabags now! I think I'll stick to my gym and healthy eating regime and "normal" herbal teas! Thanks!!

Thanks dopf! I think I'll stay well away and stick with green tea, dandelion tea etc!

I think Cho Yung Tea is effective for the weight loss and also burn some of the extra calories. But the process is very slow and only burn very few calories. It dies not suit for the rapid weight loss.
