Hey Girls,
Success stories really help me, just wondering have any of you success stories for losing weight/inches by doing gym classes, (step,boot camp,aerobics) i actually like doing classes but HATE the actual gym...no matter how many "new exciting " programmes they give me for the gym i never stick to them....

I'm the same as you - absolutely hate the gym, find it extremely boring and it just does not motivate me. I’m much better in a class with an instructor. I put on a few pounds back in college, just from eating crap food and drinking beer. I’ve got a pretty full figure (boobs & bum) so the excess was going around my tummy and my upper arms & thighs. I’m not good with dieting, I like to be able to eat whatever I want (in moderation of course!). So I started going to aerobics classes twice a week. For me, the key is consistency. I can’t stress it enough, it has to be regular. I’ve seen so many people go hell for leather on a new health regime at it lasts about 2 weeks. For me, two classes a week was easy peasy and after only 6 weeks I started to notice the difference. I first noticed it in my arms, they had definition! Then I noticed that my clothes were a little loose around my tummy, and I just started to feel a lot better and I had more energy (including in the bedroom according to himself >:o) ).
