Hi girls, thanks for your inspiration !! I just did day 1 and I feel good but I reckon tomorrow I will know all about it!! I am getting married in 49 days but can only work out for the next 40 as we are flying out on the 16 th of may. The pressure is on. Keep up the good work, I'm right behind you

Runter the first 3 days are tough but just work through it and once you hit day 4 you'll be laughing Good luck

Day 1 & 2 done. It's not too bad, the first circuits are the hardest, don't mind circuits 2 & 3. I was never able to do push ups anyway. Do you do level 1 for 10 days?

Days 11 and 12 done First 2 days of level 2 Definately sweating a lot more but enjoying the change Some of the moves are cruel!!!

Started level 2 today. Well I just about got through it. serves me right for being so smug about level 1. Some of the moves are soo hard. Change is good though! I think i'm beginning to see results on my tummy :o)ll

Well done carjam4eva on Easter Sunday too!! I did day 3 yesterday and about to do 4 now. I was very bold alcohol wise last week but thats it now till the wedding!

Ahhhh - the pain!!! Only after day 2 - how am I going to get to day 30?! My legs are pure agony - can't get in or out of the car.....please tell me it gets easier! :o0

Day 18 done today Ive moved on to level 3 as i wasnt really liking level 2 Really like level 3

And for some results Ive lost 2 inches from under my bust 1.5 from my waist and 1 off my arms Cant believe it after only 18 days

So stick with it :o)ll

Did day 3 today.....I'm only on level 1, think I might be staying on level 1 for the next thirty days :yelrotflmaosmilie:

I have to keep going though, I've managed to lose 18.5lbs so far - need to lose at least another 18 before the wedding. Tried on my dress last sunday and its completely hanging off me! Delighted because the week before it was a bit on the tight side. I've managed to find a great dress maker who can alter it when im ready......Here's to day 4! :compress

Tallwan i measured my waist, hips, thighs, upperarms and under my bust
Didnt do my actual bust for some reason ?? :duh:

Legend 11 you should feel it easier from now on or at least less painful You'll defo need alterations You'll be surprised how quickly you start to feel yourself tighten up :compress

Hows everyone else getting on?

Mrs woggle yeah you're supposed to do each level for 10 days Ive skipped on to level 3 purely because i like it better than 2 but ill probably switch between levels for a bit of change I would recommend sticking with level 1 for the 10 days though especially if you are unfit like i was It defo helps build you up to it :eek

Cant believe day 20 tomorrow and im lovin it I think its the fact that its only 20 mins or so and youre done for the day
