Im tired already just thinking about it!

It's ok, it's the same dvd and all the different levels are on the dvd. There is 3 altogether.
I've done day 3 and after a long soak in a bath of epsom salts last night my muscles are so much better. It definitely helped.

Day 5 done! Love the challenge of doing exercise every day for 30 days. I walk 20 to and from work at a fast pace so might try make it a bit longer on the way home too.

Im doing a 12 day intense fitness programme in my gym and don't want to lose what I've worked at so gonna get this DVD to keep me going. My muscles have been sore for 7 days now so hopefully it won't be to be a shock on my body. I also like how it's only 20 mins might do this and then a 20 min walk run Each day. hopefully I'll be joining you all on Mon (programme finishes Friday gonna give myself weekend off then back into action)

Hi McLisa!

I started it last Tuesday, finished day 6 today and im loving it! I couldn't do it on Saturday so had to push myself extra hard today and yesterday!

I went for an hour walk two days after it and found it ok. I would say you could def do your pilates/ yoga on the same day if you have time. Body attack and the DVD could b very tough on your body. I would take a break from the DVD that day. Remember you are committing to 30 days exercise straight do you don't want to burn yourself out week one!

Hope this helps, Veggie x

Day 1 done, didn't know there was a topic here!

Did a 5k walk before I did it so that my legs wouldn't kill. Not killing yet anyway!
Last time I did it I was walking like John Wayne and gave up on Day 3. Not this time, Jillian ;-)

Hi Ladies,
Big fan of 30day shred here. Just wanted to say that I also tried her other DVD "ripped in 30". It's also very good, exercises are bit more varied. Don't be afraid of level 4. It's the one I enjoyed most! :o)ll
