guys, I'm so not motivated to get myself toghether and wondered if anybody is looking for a gym / walking / sw buddy in the above area?? I find it so hard to get out and about and tend to spend most nights on the sofa when I should be out exercising, walking the dogs and socialising more - I keep saying I'm too tired'.. 'It's too cold out'.. sick of making excuses!!!!
