17 day diet

Any1 try this? I'm getting married in 5 weeks today and would love to loose half a stone- a stone! I find it almost impossible to stick to diets but will be really angry at myself if I don't do it this time! Any dieting advice would be great!

I haven't but if you stay off carbs and sweets/cream/general fat foods you would lose weight no problem. Very easy to do by just doing meat / fish and veg for dinner, soups / salads for lunch and say fruit / yoghurts for breakfast. Try to stay away from alcohol too!
