Weightwatchers Gold Card

Hi,

Does anyone know what happens if you put on weight after your get your gold card? I know you can put on 5 pounds either side but I'm up 6. I'm just wondering do they take the card back off you??

Have you been for a weigh in or just weighed yourself? If they don't know about the 6 I would be inclined not to go for a weigh in till you have got back in the +/- 5 region :innocent:

They don't know about it yet. Was thinking of trying to get back within range of my goal weight before I go back but I really could do with the motivation! :duh:

They don't take it off you but you are charged until make within range. I'm up loads since I got mine, need to get back on the wagon!!

Sorry to hijack this thread but does anyone know if you can lose more than 5 IBS under your goal weight and still keep your gold card? As in if if my goal weight is 10 stone and I go down to 9st 7 ibs, do i have to pay for the class or is it only if i put on more than 5ibs weight over my goal?

I think it's over & under but maybe you could reduce your goal if your within healthy range?

My friend is one stone under goal weight :eek but still within the healthy BMI so she is ok. The leader told her she will be watching her closely and if she goes below the healthy BMI the card will be taken off her.

So to answer you question yes you can go 5lbs below your goal weight (plus some more once you are within the healthy range)
