Well done chick. Sometimes a good scare and a detox do all the WOnders for ye. Keep it up it's an achievable number. Just stay focused.

Drinks wise none is the best obv but I think wine or a spirit (vodka, rum, whiskey, brandy) and a low cal mixer is probably the best option. Enjoy your night out.

Well done Chick, that's great going. Very hard to skip the chipper after a night out. You will just have to stay in the pub till all the chippers are closed O-O

Hey all well done on the half stone chick. Great work. How did the rest of your weekend go.

Mine was soso. Sat went for big long walk to the beach and then had lots of drinks. Got a chipper on the way home :-8 with h2b but we shared one rather then one between us. Sunday was a big lamb dinner in my mams, although nothing too bad at it, then lots more drinkies. A little grill for Brekkie then, headed off to dun na ri for a big walk and although it was long it wasnt very fast due to my mam having arthritis. Lunch in cabra castle then.

I was good the rest of the week and feel thinner so fingers crossed for tonight.

Well done Gaff. It's great to get a loss when you have had a good time. Just goes to show life doesn't have to be miserable when your on a diet.

I was down a pound as well. Happy with that because of the weekend etc. had a decent enough weekend this week. Had both parents over for a meal on Sat with a feed of drink but I think I should be ok. At least we have lovely weather to get out and walk in.

How is everyone else getting on?

Aw hard luck chick. At least it's not up.

I always put my foot on it again wait till its reading and then take my foot of so it's a null reading. I think my scales is broken too so I'm just sticking with the ww one.

Well ladies Easter has been and gone. How did everyone do? Did you meet your goal.

I have to say I'm happy with how I did. Still a bit to go but at ww this evening I was told I've lost 5% of my body weight which was pretty good.

I've signed up for a 12 day transformation programme starting mon it's an hour a day for 12 days with a personal trainer so that should speed up results a little.
